20% deposit of the total cost of your holiday plus £150 is payable on booking Receipt of the deposit will be acknowledged and you will be advised at this time of the due date for the final payment (No further reminder will be sent). Final payment is due 8 weeks before departure. If payment is not received by the due date you are liable to lose your booking.
Letting Period
The villa is only let for whole weeks
For low season lets the villa is only let for 6 people.
The villa is closed in March for yearly maintenance
Refundable Bond
This is £150 and is payable when you book the villa and is returned minus the electricity usage and any breakages within one week of your returning from the villa.
Electricity
This is charged extra on the meter reading at 12p per unit and will be deducted from your refundable bond. If you are staying for longer than two weeks, then the managers will give you an intermediate electricity bill after two weeks to be paid to them. The remainder is deducted from your refundable bond.
