All three bedrooms have air conditioning /heating and fans. There is also a small balcony just off the wooden staircase which faces the mountains. This villa provides  an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of the picturesque Karaman village whilst being enclosed enough to enjoy complete privacy. The villa is within fifteen minutes drive of Kyrenia town centre and wonderful old harbour, as well as a ten minute drive from sandy beaches.

Linen , washing machine, Sky TV, internet provision, book and video library, games, video recorder, CD player- are all provided. A weekly change of towels and bed linen. A welcome pack is provided. Free collection and return to the airport is provided when car hire is arranged.

The rates shown are weekly rents - not the charges per person. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The balance is due two calendar months before departure.  All prices shown are subject to change without notice.
