On the shaded veranda overlooking the pool is a large resin table which seats 6/8 people in comfort. Awnings give more shade when required. A feature of Villa Alonia is the magnificent views in all directions. Along the mountain range to East and West South to Bellapais Abbey and North to Kyrenia and the Mediterranean.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded, with wardrobes, bedside cupboards and lighted mirrors. They are both Air Conditioned, Another newly fitted shower room is upstairs - it has Power Shower, toilet, wash basin. Doors from the master bedroom open onto a balcony with superb views of mountains and sea. A larger balcony is reached from the upstairs hallway. Here there are more magnificent views. There is even a pair of Binoculars to enhance your enjoyment of the views. There are ceiling fans in all the main rooms as well as plenty of pedestal and portable fans for summer comfort, while for the few winter months there are ample heaters. Newly fitted are aluminium shutters which can be adjusted for light and air. There are, of course, Hair-driers, Iron, Ironing board, Bed-Linen, Towels etc. 

Villa Alonia is in a quiet area East of Ozanköy. Set in a mainly walled and secluded garden, with Grape-vine covered carport, there is ample shaded parking space for two cars. as well as the Vine there are Oleander, Bougainvillea, Plumbago, Geraniums, Cactus and many other flowers and shrubs. The 30' private swimming pool is tiled, has underwater lighting and is surrounded by a newly extended and re-paved patio with ample Italian garden furniture for sunbathing and parasols for shade. 

Villa Alonia's accommodation is on two floors. Downstairs is a very comfortably furnished and Air-Conditioned lounge with Satellite and Terrestrial TV and Video. There are popular Video tapes plus a wide selection of Books, Board Games, Jigsaws, etc. Patio doors lead out to the pool and covered verandas. A newly fitted and tiled kitchen is reached from the hallway through an archway and is equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Cooker, Electric Kettle, Toaster and Food Mixer. There is a full range of Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware and Cooking utensils. A new door leads out from the kitchen to the pool area. Both this and the lounge doorway are shaded by wind-out blinds when necessary. One of the bedrooms, also air-conditioned, is on the ground floor. A large room with double bed, it has wardrobe, bedside cupboards and lighted mirror. A picture window gives views across an olive grove. Finally downstairs there is a newly fitted shower room, with walk in Power shower, wash basin and toilet.
