Samandira is a three bedroomed private villa built in 2004 in an olive grove on the sloping hills below Bellapais Abbey. It is a fifteen minute drive away from Kyrenia, the jewel of Cyprus. The villa sleeps 6.Fully air-conditioned and furnished throughout with designer flair, Samandira is light and airy with marble flooring thoughout, rugs provide evening comfort.The ground floor is split level with an open plan colonial- style dining room, including Digiturk satellite TV & DVD player.

All patio furniture, padded loungers, tables chairs & umbrellas are provided. Large, generous parking for cars. Two steps lead down to a Mediterranean style sitting room in soft warm colours, french windows open onto a generous balcony overlooking the 9 x 4.5m private pool, lit at night. Enjoy a log fire in the open fireplace in the sitting room on chilly evenings. The kitchen is generous, fully equipped, with dual fuel cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and chilled water dispenser. The kitchen leads onto the breakfast balcony with sea and mountain views and a delightful large patio The elegant spiralling staircase has panoramic views over the hills and mountains!

The villa sleeps six, the Master bedroom with twinbeds that can link as a superking size bed, has an en-suite shower, french windows lead to a balcony with sea views. Delightful super king bedded room 2 is light and airy with a huge bay widow and french windows leading to a balcony with views of mountains and sea. Twin-bed room 3 has two windows with mountain / sea views. Luxurious soft cotton bed linen and towels are provided. There is a family bathroom with shower on the curved landing and downstairs loo in the entrance hall. The supermarket is 10 minutes away, local shops in Ozankoy and Bellapais Abbey with its superb restaurants and music festivals are within walking distance. A hire car is essential for getting around.

Booking Information: Children are welcome though parents must be aware of the dangers of a deep swimming pool. Smokers are welcome as long as they refrain from smoking inside the house. Since this is a private villa in a small neighbourhood it is suitable for those who will be considerate towards the neighbours. 

Hire car, airport transfers and holiday support services can be arranged.The Villa will be cleaned before you arrive. and a welcome pack will be waiting.

The price range is from £550 to £750 per week.
• April and November: £650 per week.
• Christmas and Easter:£650 per week.
• May to October £750 per week.
Reductions may be available for second and third weeks outside school holidays.
