Poets Villa is in the village of Ozanköy, within easy walking distance of the centre and about 3 miles East of Kyrenia. This magnificent new villa was completed in May 2001and is set in a quiet area in its own private walled garden with a citrus orchard, flowers, shrubs and palm trees. The drive leads to shaded parking beneath the villa. 

There is a magnificent new tiled deck swimming pool with underwater lighting. a large surrounding paved patio has modern Italian sunloungers for sunbathing with umbrellas for shade. The Villa has three double bedrooms, two of which have air conditioning. All three have en suite shower rooms with toilet and wash basins and each has its own private balcony. There are two lounges - one for summer use and the other for winter. The large kitchen, which has a dining area, is superbly fitted and is equipped with everything required for a very comfortable self catering holiday, including washing machine and dishwasher. 

There is also a downstairs cloakroom. A feature of Poets Villa are the magnificent views of the Besparmak Mountain range and Bellapais Abbey, which are immediately behind it. and to the North are panoramic views across Ozanköy to Kyrenia and the Mediterranean. On a clear day the mountains in Turkey can be seen. The Villa, as would be expected, is fully equipped with Iron, Ironing Board, Bed Linen Towels, etc. As well as air conditioning in two bedrooms, there are ceiling fans and pedestal and portable fans for summer comfort.
