Water is supplied from the mains into large storage tanks, and bottled water is available from local shops in the village. Electricity is 240 volts and all power sockets are standard 13 amp British fittings. Solar panels heat the water for showers and there is also an immersion heater. The cooker uses both electric and bottled gas - full bottles of which are supplied as required. There is a purpose built barbecue and charcoal can be bought in the village shops.
Kemal Karapasha, who owns Ozankoy View, looks after the guests and the maintenance of the property. He lives nearby, speaks excellent English, and is always readily available to deal with any queries that may arise during your holiday, Kemal also owns Karapasha Car Hire with some 35 cars and jeeps - at very competitive prices. and we would be pleased to arrange car hire for you. A village woman cleans and changes linen and towels.

Prices are weekly rents for the villa - not charges per person. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable upon confirmation of the booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday. Rent includes electricity, gas and water plus a Welcome Pack, weekly cleaning and laundry change. Rent does not include Airport transfers. However, if you rent a car from our recommended car rental company - Karapasha Car Hire - minimum rental 3 days - Airport transfers to and from Ercan Airport are free. A charge is made for Larnaca Airport transfers to cover extra fuel and insurance costs.
