Ozankoy View is in the village of Özankoy, within easy walking distance of the village centre and about 3 miles East of Kyrenia. This lovely villa, built in 2005, is set in a quiet area in its own private, walled garden. The drive leads in to shaded parking beneath the Villa. There is a magnificent tiled swimming pool with underwater lighting. A large surrounding paved patio has modern Italian sun loungers for sunbathing and ample umbrellas for shade.
A feature of Poets Villa are the
magnificent views of the Besparmak (Five Fingers) mountain range and
Bellapais Abbey to the South and panoramic views across Ozankoy to Kyrenia
and the Mediterranean to the North. On a clear day the mountains in Turkey
can be seen. The villa, as would be expected, is fully equipped with iron,
ironing board, bed linen, towels, etc. As well as air conditioning in the
bedrooms, there are ceiling fans and portable fans for summer comfort.
There is also a family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. The lounge is large and well furnished with a dining area.
The kitchen is superbly fitted and equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable self-catering holiday, including Refrigerator/Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, etc.
The villa has three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and two have en-suite shower rooms with shower, wash basin and toilet. The master bedroom has a large balcony with views to the Mediterranean.
