Orchard House is a traditionally built Cypriot house with high ceilings, both apartments have air-conditioning in living areas. All bedrooms have large ceiling fans, and there are portable fans for additional comfort. There are gas/paraffin fires should you feel an evening chill. Each apartment is completely self-contained with fitted kitchen, fridge, gas cooker, automatic washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a full set of crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils. There is also an iron, ironing board, drying rail and hair-dryer. There is a WC and Shower room.

Both villas have TV/video with satellite providing multi-channel choice,  Hi-Fi with CD Tape and Radio, and a small selection of popular CDs and videos . There is also a selection of books, family games and jigsaws. There is a large selection of tourist information on North Cyprus provided. There is an information pack for each house containing safety information, useful and emergency phone numbers and some tips and trips for visitors. Each villa has a first-aid kit. All bed linen and house towels are provided, but not beach towels. Linen and towels will be changed weekly. A welcome pack of food and drinks is provided.
