Orchard House Prices 200 7The rates shown are weekly rents - not the charges per person. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The balance (Plus refundable £200 security deposit) is due two calendar months before departure. Included in the rental are all other costs; water, electricity and gas. Air conditioning is metered, with 8 hours use per day being included in the rental. Extra time can be purchased if desired. Welcome food pack and weekly laundry change are also included.
The rents do not include flights or airport transfers (about £20 each way by taxi). However, should you choose to rent a car from our recommended car hire company Karapasha Cars for a minimum of one week, they will provide free airport transfers. You must arrange your own flights, though we can provide some assistance.
