Berengaria is a new luxury villa situated below the pretty hillside village of Karaman where there are a couple of restaurants, a shop and a bar which has a terrace with amazing views.
It is a beautiful villa for those wanting to get away from it all with luxury both inside and out. The interior was designed by a well known local designer. The garden and terraces are seculuded and private with a variety of areas for dining and relaxing and a covered terrace with stone arches overlooking the pool. The views of both coast and mountains are amazing and it is possible to see the coast of Turkey.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas hob and electric oven/grill. There is also a microwave, a dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer. We also provide some lightweight chairs and picnic equipment for guests' use.
The property consist of three bedrooms. The master is en-suite and has a dressing room. Both the master and second bedrooms have patio doors opening onto balconies to take advantage of the stunning views. The family bathroom has a corner bath with a shower. There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and central heating throughout.
The spacious and elegant living/dining room area has french doors which open onto the covered terrace and pool area. There is a selection of comfortable furniture for use on the terraces, and a barbecue.
