We try to use high resolution digital or scanned photos throughout the site, all of a reasonable size (approx 8cm x 6cm) so potential customers can get a good idea of both the island and the Villas. The photo size is optimised for quality/download times for viewers. Should you wish your prospective customers to view larger size images of your property this is available as an option.

Prices:

All the prices shown are per annum, and in UK £Sterling. Minimum one page advert per property (this will include the small picture and paragraph on the Villas page of the website).

£120 + VAT for one page per year – 2 or more pages at £100+VAT each - number of pages available unlimited (it is worth considering that the more photos and descriptive text you place, the more likely you are to get firm leads). Up to four images of approx 8cm x 6cm per page, depending on the amount of text included.

Additional options:

- Larger images (users click on the 8x6 image to get more detailed photo: £50 per image per year (if you wish this option it is really better to make all your adverts images capable of enlargement).

- A link from your advert to another website: £75 per year.

Our year runs from January to December, so billing for the coming year will normally be in November. Any part of a year shall be considered a full year (though we will may consider some discount depending on when you sign up with us).

A “page” is approximately A4 size less margins (18.5cm x 26cm), and any part of a page is considered a full page. We retain all rights to the formatting of pages added to the site, though if you have any specific requests we would consider them.

The annual cost includes the initial setup and formatting of your information and images and all reasonable ad-hoc page updates for booking information / prices etc. This does not include images, as they are more time consuming. It is your responsibility to provide the textual information and either high resolution digital (better) images or high quality analog (not so good) photographs that are suitable for scanning into an electronic format. There may be an additional one-off cost for this service. We may be able to provide assistance with digital photos by arrangement, again, there would be an additional one-off cost.
